T. Eric Foster oversees the Prospective Risk Management team in execution of risk-management deliverables. As former head of Aetna’s PEO division, Eric has partnered with industry leaders to shape today’s marketplace. Eric has 30 years of in-depth industry experience in senior sales and underwriting leadership roles. He remains actively engaged in the healthcare debate as a member of NAPEO’s healthcare taskforce and contributing writer to PEO Insider.
Eric has a degree in Economics from The College of William & Mary. He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and licensed life and health agent.
Lauren leads the technology team in the execution of technology strategy and initiatives. Lauren has over 20 years of operations and business analysis, technology, and program management experience. She has worked with Prospective Risk Management and its sister company Compass since 2013. Prior to working for Compass, Lauren oversaw various human resources analysis and technology teams at Capital One.
Lauren is a graduate of the Honors program at James Madison University where she earned a BA in psychology. She also holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
“Lucas is responsible for managing the ongoing risk monitoring of all PRM clients. This includes actuarial analysis, renewal underwriting, data management, and monthly risk reporting. Lucas is a healthcare actuary with 10 years of actuarial experience. Prior to joining PRM in 2018, he was a small group pricing and reserving actuary at a regional health insurer.
Lucas is a graduate of Western Washington University with degrees in Mathematics and Economics. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.”
Bill Myers is one of the founding principals of Prospective Risk Management Corporation. With more than 35 years of executive benefits, employee benefits, pension, and asset management consulting experience, he specializes in the development, design, and management of multi-state, multi-site employee benefit programs.
Bill earned his B.S. degree in microbiology and biochemistry from the University of South Florida. He also holds multiple degrees in financial management and administrative management including ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) and CLU (Charter Life Underwriter) designations, and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI).
